I found this recipe on Pinterest and it seemed way too simple, I had to try it for the tailgate. You literally just add a can of pumpkin to a box of yellow cake mix, mix it up and bake... I know, crazy right?!
The batter was such a bright orange and so pretty.
You bake them at 325 for 20-25 minutes, let them cool and then add powdered sugar to make them look pretty. One thing I will do differently the next time I make them: add spices= nutmeg, cinnamon, ginger and maybe some cloves... just because I love the spice taste and I thought they could use a little boost.
