:: punkins ::

We took Isabelle to this little place that sells pumpkins or 'punkins' as she says and she just loved it.

 She really loves pumpkins and gets so excited whenever she sees them!  We point them out during our walks and drives around the neighborhood.

 Such a big helper to push the cart with dad!

 Iz was so good at helping us pick out the punkins!  Can't wait to take her to the patch!!

I can't believe that I forgot to include our trip to Manhattan to meet our new little friend Colin! Our friends Bonny + Zach had a nice little house warming/sip n' see party, so it was fun to go and hang for a bit, or as Iz would say, 'play with kids' :).

I made something new that was kind of exciting- a little 'lovey' blankie for Colin.. it definitely wasn't perfect as it was the first one I've made, but hoping to perfect it!

dizzy!  She had just had a really funny fall from spinning too much and I was thinking it would happen again, but it didn't, cute, but not as funny...

Oh and she also loves to climb up everything.. she's good at it too {unfortunately}!

Oh hello messy counter top!

This just made me laugh, we went to Sam's club and we love these 'veggie straws', so Iz spotted them as we were walking by and took it upon herself to grab a bag and try to make off with it.. she didn't get very far, the bag is about as big as she is ;).

Putting on daddy's boots, something else that happens often.

She climbs up into her seat all by herself now, "I do it, mom"... and buckles herself in!  WHAT?!  Who needs me anymore? 

It was actually a rainy day, so she was legitimately
wearing her rain boots :).

:: plaza art fair :: kc ::

We headed to KC for the plaza art fair and it was such a beautiful day.  We met Papa, Sue Sue, cousin Paisley and friends for the day at the fair.  We couldn't have had better weather for the day.. we had some good food and such a nice time walking around checking out the art.  Izzy girl was excited to get this balloon {if you can see her peaking through it}.

Isabelle loved watching the dancers/performers, so much so, that she wanted to stay and watch them over running around and playing with her friends.. my mom thinks she might have a future in dance ;)!

 We had dinner with friends to celebrate birthdays, it was nice to hang!

While we were still on the plaza and at dinner, Sue Sue took Iz to see a horse and the bees and I just love these pictures from while they were there.

We got up and headed home first thing, went by Target to pick up a few things and of course got sucked in by the $1 bins {our Target is so not as good as the Super one by my mom's}, so this is Isabelle enjoying all of her stickers at one time.. those didn't last long {she had them all over her}!

Why so big?!

I don't know if it's the way she's standing or if she really is so big {I know, she is a big girl now, I just try to pretend she's not}.  I love how she has her hand out like, 'whoa, mom'.

I just looked over and saw this... it made me laugh.

Isabelle was talking on the phone to dad for awhile and then started taking pictures {apparently} and I just liked them because they are never angles I usually get ;).

Jacob couldn't believe I was going to take Isabelle back to the park/pond, but she just loved it so much, I had to and... it was a success!!  We left all dry!

I just love watching her walk, so had to get a little recording of it...

Isabelle has learned a new line!  Oh and I just thought I would share the joy of her laughter, i is the best mood brightener for me!

This one is a little bit longer, but still a good one.. 'ta-da'!

Iz woke up from her nap a little out of it and just wanted to watch an Elmo and I walked into her all cozy on the floor with the pups :).

Holy SAND!!

Just stretching it out {like daddy} before heading to the park.

 So I knew the sand was dirty and would be a mess when she sat in it..

 what I didn't know was that she would start putting it in her pants

She just kills me!  We were so dirty when we got home and so much sand fell out of her pants when we took them off!
