oh valentine's day.. it's seems like such a silly holiday to me, but it is kind of fun again with a little one. i made sure isabelle was in her heart tee for daycare and it was so cute to see all the other littles sporting their festive tees. i had such a fun surprise at work, jacob called and said there was a surprise at the front door and to walk up there and he was standing there with these beautiful flowers... he doesn't usually buy flowers so it was a fun surprise, especially since he was the delivery man!
isabelle kept giving me this little cheese face on the way home from daycare, i just wish the picture wasn't so bright so you could see it better.
she has become such a great 'mimic-er' {i think i just made that word up}, she sees us put something on or do something and then the next thing we know, she is doing it on her own - like putting on my hat...

izzy girl got her first plate for valentine's day and she was so excited about it.

she was pointing at the owls... of course it has owls on it!
gigi made us some delicious valentine cookies and isabelle couldn't get enough of them, she loved it!
we love to eat the little cuties and i just love the stickers they put on them so i usually stick them on iz or somewhere.. this one was perfect for her, i think it said 'sweetest valentine cutie'.
she knew where the cookies were... no explanation needed here.

i did make a few v-day cards, made me like when i was little and always made valentine's cards.. they were super simple, but cute (at least i thought so). hope you all had wonderful valentine's days! xoxo
