8 months!!

Here I am again, behind!  So, starting out with Lillian at 8 months and going to fill in the stuff I missed by the month, just to be caught up!  Sorry friends and family!  Life has just been so crazy and unfortunately, I don't have much time to use the computer these days!
Look at this happy girl!  I love all your facial expressions Lilly girl, you make me so happy!!
~size 3 diapers, size 4 night dipes
~wearing 12 month {has to be at least 12 month in length} and some 12-18 month clothing
~you haven't worn shoes yet, but your feet are pretty big based on the fact that I have moved up in the sock size.. you don't really keep socks or anything on your feet, you love to pull them off, just like Izzy girl did!
~you go to sleep about 6-6:30 and wake up around 6:30, but usually go back to sleep until about 8 after I feed you :)
~you take a morning nap for about an hour {ideally, when we are home, because for some reason you won't nap at the gym anymore} and an afternoon nap for at least 2 hours {that's when mom gets things done, while Isabelle is at school and you are taking a siesta}
~you are eating foods at lunch and dinner and most breakfasts, just depends if we have time {sorry girl!}.. You love fruit and especially smoothies {just like your sis + mom}.. you knew exactly what to do with a straw the minute it hit your mouth- gotta be careful with you!  You also like most veggies, you eat just about anything ;).

"yes mom?"
~you have your bottom 2 teeth and can see them in the cheese below.. and I think you will be getting one of your top teeth soon.. you keep drooling, chewing on everything and have a runny nose.. and all the other teething signs.
~you are so close to crawling, it's not even funny, you get up on all fours and move forward a little and then drop to one side and just sit there.. you can definitely make your way around a room, by scooting, pushing yourself backward, rolling.. but I'm kind of glad you aren't officially 'on the move' yet!
~you have kind of started waving {like below} and clapping- it's pretty cute!
~you are so chatty and have the best giggle and laugh.. I love it!
~you are ticklish and have the 'motorboat' action down with your finger on your lips.. one of my favorite things!
~my little cheeser!
~your nick names these days: Lilly girl, Lil, boo boo, little, mama {yep, it's back!}, bug
~you love Reggie!  I can't believe he sits there while you pull on his ears and fur!  You get so excited when you see the dogs.. your face just lights up!
Look at that!
a little ear pull..
My little pumpkin!  Love fall walks with my girls!
You are such a fun, lovable, squeezable little babe and we love you so much!  I just can't wait to get you out of your bed in the mornings or after your naps and see your sweet smile and watch you kick your legs in excitement, it's just the best!  You are such a sweet girl and give the best hugs!  I love it when you start patting me on the back when I am patting your back, it just makes me laugh.  I just don't want you to grow any bigger, you are too much fun right now.. although, I know all ages are super fun, you can't beat this age when you will fall asleep on me after eating or just babble on and make the best noises.. pretty soon that turns to actual words and I can't believe how quickly it happens!  Can't wait to see how you change over the next few months- we still hear that you look like me one day and that you look like a Wilson another!  We love you Lilly girl

First day of school!!

Isabelle was so excited to go to school and couldn't wait to wear her back pack.. this was first thing in the morning and she did not want to take it off.
We took Iz to lunch at Sonic {that's where she wanted to go} before heading to school.. as we were sitting there, we looked across and saw our neighbors/friends, so Iz was excited to eat with her friend Stratton!  It was a great way to start her first day of school.
"come on mom!"
She was so excited to get into school and see her friends!
Isabelle and her lunch date/neighbor/friend, Stratton.
The mini benches outside the door that the kids wait on until their parents come.. pretty cute.
being camera shy.. she would not look!
The best part- pick up.. when the kids coming running towards you with open arms for a big hug!

The end of our day.. Lillian thinking she can feed herself.. she didn't do too bad, although I'm not sure how much actually got in her mouth.  Oh and even better, Isabelle took this picture :).

This is a yummy smoothie I have been making.. can't remember if I've shared the recipe or not yet, so I will again just in case.  About 14oz of water, 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder, handful of frozen strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple, spinach or kale, 5 cherries, 1/2 banana, about a T of chia seeds and ground flax seeds {both optional}.. blend and drink!
I just thought Lillian looked so sweet sleeping..
look at that face :) {oh and arm rolls, love!}
Our tomatoes were out of control this summer.. this was just one of my pickings.  "our cup runneth over"...

:: the sailboat ::

We started September at the lake... ahh, the sailboat..
Lillian was happy to be there!
sitting up in 'my bedroom'.. that tongue!
 Me and my littlest little.
It was so funny to look down in my mom's room and see Lillian passed out.. she looked SO big in there!
Sailing!  It was so nice to be back on the boat, brought back so many memories- it had been too long.
 love this.
 look at that grin.
 Me and my little.
 Swim time/wash time.
We had a nice little picnic dinner on the dock after we got cleaned up and before it got really dark.. I think Isabelle really enjoyed that.
Lillian slept so well on the boat and it was so nice to sit out back and watch the sunrise after she got up.. everything so quiet and calm.
 Ready to see the fish!
Something I loved doing when I was little.. going to the marina and feeding the fish- tons of carp!  Isabelle just had a blast- she loved it too!
cheese.
Look at that face, working so hard!  That was so me when I was little!
We enjoyed some messy watermelon for lunch!
 Lilly girl, helped mom sail!
It was so fun being on the boat with my two little girls, watching Isabelle roam around the boat with no fear just reminded me of myself growing up on the boat- so fun to watch.  My mom said she was just like me walking all around the boat, asking questions, going up and down the stairs, playing with everything and wanting to help, that was fun to hear :).  I hope I can get the girls down there more next year so they can have lots of memories of the lake and sailboat like I do... such a relaxing place.

Nails with my little..

I thought it would be a fun thing for Isabelle and I to get our toes done together before the Bahamas.. like our little date :).. she had a blast!
Isabelle walked in there like she owned the place- told the lady her name, how old she was, and what she wanted on her toes.. the nail lady was impressed how Iz just held her own!
Daddy came to help hold her hands still {yep, got suckered into nails too}.
Lilly girl came for the party... just hanging out.
Cheese!
Matching!!
It was so fun to do that with my little.. the first of many I'm sure!!
